Hermitech Air Conditioning Services (formerly Echelem Ref & Aircon Services) offers general cleaning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, parts replacement, system reprocess, dismantling, relocation, electrical works, and generally focusing on after-sales service.

Hermitech Air Conditioning Services (formerly Echelem Ref & Aircon Services) is founded by

Mr. Hermenegildo L. Maningas Jr. The company is in the air conditioning service industry for

about four (4) years now, satisfying the clients and continues to serve them the best way possible.

Mr. Hermenegildo L. Maningas, the owner worked for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MITAIR

RAC/PAC) as Technical Supervisor/Service Manager for over 18 years. He attended Inverter Research twice, held at Bangkok, Thailand.

The company started as a sub-contractor of Goldwyn Contractors and Allied Services Corporation handling preventive maintenance projects with aircon brands such as Hitachi, Daikin, Carrier, ... etc. Servicing split-type units; Wall Mounted, Floor Mounted, Ceiling Suspended, Ceiling Ducted, and Centralized Chilled Water Air Handling units. As of now, our customer base ratio is ranging from 100-150 residential clients, and 30-50 branches of commercial offices.
